Project Manager at Gensler for the NBStrategic Planning and Feasibility studies for a new corporate tower at 9th Avenue and West 33rd Street over the existing railways lines behind Penn Station in New York. Project included broadcast facilities, a basketball court, corporate offices, and leased tenant space.
