Blue Hill at Stone Barn

Conversion of an existing private dining room into a new bakery and dining/education space including a room for milling of flour.

Project included complete renovation of the space, design of custom fixtures and furniture, working closely with the restaurant celebrity chef, design director, and facility manager.
